By the way, do you have a dogs love for Jesus? My dog, Jabez taught me this lesson today. I took him with me to the post office and bank.
That part isnt really unusual but today, God took Jabez and spoke to me. See, when I get out of my car and go into the store, his eyes are fixated on me. He positions himself so that nothing interferes with his view. I know I can turn around and see him watching me. Usually I can see him before I exit the store and those 2 eyes are still staring at the door that I went into. He is totally dependent upon me to provide for him.
I got to thinking and realized that I need to love Jesus just like a dog loves his master. Am I that devoted to Jesus that I dont allow anything to prevent me from keeping my eyes on him?
Am I constantly watching for him? Is Jesus looking to see if you are watching for his return? It is a simple lesson but something to really think about.
