A lot of people have experienced this problem. Next door neighbours dog just wont stop barking! It doesnt seem to matter what time of day it is, there is that regular annoying sound coming from the neighbours dog.
Also, it can be just as bad when you are the neighbour who owns the noisey dog! No matter what you try, he/she just wont be quiet. Obviously, this doesnt exactly make you the most popular person on your street!
